My name is Ray Cole. After spending over a decade as a software engineer (working primarily for NCR Corporation in San Diego, California), I made a career switch in the late 1990s to online learning and instructional design. In 2007 I began teaching graduate classes. I worked as an instructional design consultant until late 2010, designing classroom and online training for Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Genentech, Corning Display Technologies, SupportSoft, and Wells Fargo, among others.
